Bill's Burgers

In my last year, alongside my Personal Honours Project (health-E), I had to write a dissertation. The brief was to run through the process of starting up a company, creating fake evidence of how the branding would look etc., research prices and finances involved and to write about it all in a way that is entertaining to read but also visually pleasing.

With my big interest in food and cooking, I decided to go through the process of starting a more up-market, locally sourced, fast food burger joint that also offers takeaway in the heart of Dundee. I researched everything from prices for all the ingredients and equipment to finding a location suitable for the business.

Throughout the research I learnt about competition, running costs and how difficult starting a company can be. I created a brand for the business and designed logos, menus, business cards and even the building interior.
